Hooplife® is a registered trademark. In the same manner in which you would not use the name of an apparel brand (i.e., Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, Puma, etc... as your team name), do not use the Hooplife® name in connection with your team, as your team name and/or on your team uniforms without consent via a license agreement from the owner of the Hooplife® registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the Hooplife® name will be met with a lawsuit.
